Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine 

The Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine is proud to offer a scholarship to a most deserving student. The scholarship can be worth up to $9,000 and the winner of the scholarship will be able to select any one of our nationally accredited vocational courses in Natural Therapies. The scholarship will cover 50% of the total tuition cost (terms and conditions apply).

The successful applicant will be asked to address the following points as part of their application process and then they may be asked to attend the Institute for a selection interview.

• Please explain your current knowledge/experience of Natural Therapies.
• Describe your current lifestyle.
• How much time can you commit to your studies each week?
• What is your passion?
• How would you describe the purpose of your life?
• Describe the milestones in your life.
• What would you say are your life values?
• What are the major goals you have in your life?
• Do you have a mission in your life? If the answer is yes, what is it?
• Tell us what the term “spiritualism” means to you
• Why do you think the Institute should award the scholarship to you? 

If you feel that you deserve the scholarship and are willing and able to undertake the commitment required to study full time for the 3 years then please forward an email to us at info@aihm.wa.edu.au or you can attend one of our free introductory seminars; or contact us on (08) 9417 3553 and we will forward the selection criteria and application form. The Scholarship for 2007 as been awarded and applications for 2008 should be completed and received by the Institute on or before the 7th March 2008. 

Please read the Terms & Conditions below before contacting the Institute.

• The Scholarship is only available for full time, weekday study commencing in May.
   
• The Scholarship is only available to applicants who are citizens of Australia or those on appropriate visas.
   
• The Scholarship is awarded to cover 50% of the tuition costs only of the successful applicants chosen course. The successful applicant must provide all required textbooks, learning materials, uniforms, and linen at their own cost.
   
• The Scholarship does not include the cost of a Bridging Course. If a Bridging Course is required then the recipient must bear the cost of that Bridging Course.
   
• The Scholarship cannot be transferred or redeemed, either in part or in it’s entirety, for cash or other services.
   
• The Institute reserves the right to award the Scholarship to the applicant it deems to be the most suitable applicant. The Institute’s decision is final.
   
• The Institute reserves the right to withdraw the Scholarship at any time during the course if the recipient fails to maintain any aspect of their academic or attendance requirements or breach any of the Institute’s Rules & Regulations or Policies.
   
• Should the recipient withdraw from their chosen course prior to Graduation they will then be liable for all tuition fees incurred up to and including to their withdrawal date.

"Clinical Practice Scholarships"

If you are a current student at the AIHM who has completed at least 100 hours of clinical hours and you have demonstrated during that time that you are totally dedicated to the welfare of your clients, committed to the clinical practice and have embraced the fundamentals of Natural Medicine into your own lifestyle - you will be eligible to apply for this scholarship.
